Art is my therapy.

Art and how it positively effects my overall mental wellness is a topic I will touch on more, so if you find this even remotely helpful follow along! I’m always open to opinions and connecting, I don’t bite. I’m always looking for people to learn from. You may think you have nothing that anyone can learn from you. The lie detector revealed, that is a lie. I whole heartedly believe I can learn something from everyone I come in contact with. Everyone has something to offer. If you don’t think so, take some time and really look at yourself. Ask yourself these questions; What do I like? What am I good at? What do I wish I could do? What have I not tried that I have wanted to learn? Can I learn something new? Can I improve on what I know? It’s 2020, there are a plethora of online learning platforms especially with the pandemic situation in mind. Rather than sit at home and be bored, spend the time learning new skills. Learn a language. Pick up a guitar. There are so many cost effective, even free, ways to add to your skill set. Find your art. When you find something to get excited about, that’s when the therapy starts! Drift away, forget about the stress and just enjoy! Ease that anxiety! Love life! It may not come easy at first; it didn’t for me. But if you keep at things you’d be surprised what you can accomplish if you lead yourself to victory!! -K.P.N.

My wife and I are always on the go. Always having a time! Snapping photos galore and creating our very own version of great art! Apparently we’re weird. Who knows? Join us on our adventures and you can be the judge.
